Architect / Design-Build
Mr. Jerrard's first fully realized built work. The clients desired
a space that was light and airy while providing security from
neighborhood predators. Interior features include an
integrated roost/droppings pit, an anteroom for storage, and
a nest designed to facilitate introspective moments. The
residence fulfilled these requirements while creating a
continuous indoor/outdoor living space.
The residence was subsequently remodelled to accommodate
a fourth tenant, Mr. Sniffs.
