Leigh is the principal of Greywater Corps, a company
specializing in water use consultation and the installation of
residential greywater systems, which redirect bath and laundry
water to landscape irrigation. This type of system can reclaim
up to 80% of domestic wastewater for use in the garden,
saving each household up to 40,000 gallons of water per year.
Greywater also saves money, reduces load on sewage
infrastructure, recharges local groundwater, saves energy and
reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
